I offer counselling sessions from a quiet room in Eastbourne town centre, well connected to bus routes and Eastbourne train station.
If you would prefer to seek support in the comfort of a purposely designed counselling room, away from the reality of your day-to-day world, face-to-face sessions may just be right for you.
Each session is one hour and an exchange of £50.

If you aren't local to Eastbourne or simply would prefer to remain in the comfort of your home, online sessions may be just right for you.
East session is 50 minutes and an exchange of £45.
