I offer a free 30-minute consultation because I know the first step is in finding a counsellor that feels right for you. This is an opportunity to meet with me and get a feel for how I work and whether that feels aligned for you at this time. 

We will arrange a time and day suitable for you and you'll receive a zoom link via email on the morning of our scheduled appointment.

What can you expect to happen during our call? 

 When we connect, I'll introduce myself and share with you a little bit about the space I am offering you. I'll also be interested to know from you: 

• Whether counselling is a new experience for you or something you are familiar with, and what your previous experiences were like
• What you hope to get out of  our time together
•  Any questions you may have. 

Towards the end of our 30minute call, you'll have the opportunity to book in your first session with me or take some time to go away and think about it. There really is no pressure.
